Since natural wood is used, there are individual differences in shape and color.

Is there a proper way to care for them?

Wipe lightly with a dry cloth or soft handheld mop. Do not use alcohol, detergents, or chemicals as they may cause color fading.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do offer gift wrapping for a fee. Please select "Wrapping" when ordering.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions: ・Products received after 14 days from the date of delivery. ・Returns for the customer's own reason, such as the product is different from expectation, or the customer no longer desires the product. ・If you send the product without prior notice. ・Products that have been damaged by customer use, such as being dropped and broken. ・Products that have been damaged by use.

Depends on the damage, but in principal, we do not repair.

Is there a warranty period?

If the product is found to be cracked or chipped within 7 days of receipt, we will replace it with the same product. This does not include damage caused by customer negligence.

It can be used to conceal items that you do not want to expose to the public, or placed on a desk as a partition to divide space. When not in use, it can be used for various purposes, such as displaying as an objet d'art.

・Please be careful of water splashing on the product when using it around water. ・Avoid using the product in a humid place because it is a natural wood product and it may cause warping or twisting. ・Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause warping and fading of the color.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As a general rule, we ship within 10 business days from the day after your order is placed. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but it may take longer due to production reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
